1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of My Money Analytics (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and all related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of Services (No Professional Advice)

My Money Analytics provides financial education, analytics, budgeting tools, and coaching intended for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide:

• Investment advice or recommendations
• Brokerage or advisory services
• Tax, accounting, or legal advice
• Personalized securities or commodities advice

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Before making any investment, tax, or legal decisions, you should consult a qualified professional (such as a registered investment adviser, tax professional, or attorney).

3. Not a Bank, Broker, or Custodian

We are not a bank, credit union, broker-dealer, custodian, money transmitter, or other financial institution. We do not hold or move your money. Any bank or brokerage accounts you connect remain with third-party financial institutions, and are subject to their terms and policies.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. You represent that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

5. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Use strong, unique passwords
• Enable multi-factor authentication if offered
• Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Cancellations

• Pricing and plan details are displayed within the Services or on our website and may change over time.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings; you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• One-time purchases or completed coaching sessions are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may change fees or introduce new charges, with notice to active subscribers.

7. Coaching & Accountability Services

Any coaching or accountability services provided through the Services are for educational and motivational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed, and you remain responsible for implementation and for evaluating what is appropriate for your financial situation. Participation in coaching does not create a fiduciary relationship between you and us.

8. Third-Party Services & Data Providers

Our Services may integrate with third parties such as financial data aggregators (e.g., Plaid), payment processors (e.g., Stripe), and other service providers. Your use of such third-party services is also governed by their terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.

By connecting your financial accounts or using payment features, you authorize us and our providers to access, process, and display your data as needed to provide the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, software, designs, logos, and other materials within the Services are owned by My Money Analytics or our licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services only for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Any unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Services
• Sharing your account outside of your household or in violation of plan limits
• Using the Services to provide competing products without our permission

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any results, forecasts, or insights will be accurate or suitable for your particular circumstances.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Money Analytics and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), to the extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful behavior. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including those regarding ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above, and may provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be the state or federal courts located in California, to the extent permitted by law.
