Delete your My Money Analytics account
You can request permanent deletion from the app or website. The same protected process applies on Android, iOS, and web.
Request deletion
- Sign in and open Settings.
- Choose Privacy & data, then Delete account.
- Confirm your email and complete the security check.
Choose when deletion starts
Delete now locks access immediately, stops supported renewal, and starts permanent deletion. If eligible paid access remains, delete at period end stops renewal now, preserves access through the displayed date, and starts deletion automatically at period end.
Subscriptions, refunds, and retention
Eligible direct-billed immediate deletions receive the prorated refund calculated by Stripe. Apple and Google manage store refunds. Apple billing must be canceled in the App Store even if the account is deleted immediately. Some billing, fraud-prevention, security, and non-identifying completion records may be retained where required by law or needed to resolve disputes. They are not used for product or marketing purposes or to recreate your account.
